Ann resides in Haverford’s Fifth Ward and has proudly called Delaware County her home for over twenty years.

Ann maintains a private legal practice focusing on business and estate transactions. She represents clients in business and personal disputes and works to resolve legal issues in a fair and equitable manner.

Ann is committed to ensuring that everyone has access to equal justice through the Magisterial District Court system and she is dedicated to providing the highest level of professional and competent service to all citizens.

Ann is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law and Skidmore College. Before private practice, she served as judicial law clerk overseeing civil and criminal matters in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

She participates as an arbitrator for the Delaware County Court and has significant mediation experience as Grievance Chair with U.S. Figure Skating and has conducted hearings nationwide. Ann presently serves as U.S. Figure Skating's Vice President.

Currently, Ann serves as a member of the Delaware County Voter Registration Commission. This three member board is appointed by the Delaware County Council.

In addition to her legal practice, Ann serves as a board member and trustee on various national and local organizations. She is a Board of Director with “STAR”, (Serving the American Rinks) and a Trustee for the World Figure Skating Museum & Hall of Fame. Locally, Ann serves on the Advisory Board for Mid-County Senior Services, as President of Philadelphia Skating Club & Humane Society and as a member of Haverford Township’s Skatium Advisory Committee. She shares her love of skating by volunteering and coaching youth ice hockey.
